Bear With Us As We Are Still Under Construction
In the mean time ... Sing Along!
We're loyal to you Boulder High.
May the gold and the purple long fly.
We're cheering for you, and our hearts are true
To you main of old Boulder High - - Rah! Rah! Rah!
We're here to help you win this game.
So fight, fight with all your might and main.
And, when it's all over, we'll be in clover.
Boulder, Boulder High!

If you have any photos, sayings, stories, videos or just plain lies you want to share for this page, please contact one of your reunion committee members.
Boulder High School was founded in 1875 as part of the University of Colorado at Boulder as a preparatory school for the University. It was the first high school in Colorado, hence its slogan, "Still the First." The school was located in downtown Boulder at Pearl and 17th Street at the time. In 1933 construction was started on the new Boulder High School to be located at 1604 Arapahoe, adjacent to the University's campus and four blocks from the current Pearl Street Mall. Construction was completed in 1937. That means that in addition to 2012 being the 45th anniversary of the graduation of the Class of 1967 it is also the 75th birthday for the building itself.
The cornerstone for the new Boulder High School was placed with much pomp with numerous local dignitaries attending.
And finally, in 1937 a new Boulder High School building was available for students to attend.
Now that you know the school motto is "Still the First" you should probably also know that the school slogan has always been ...
"A Place For Everyone"
